We do have 'Ready to post' products available which are non-personalised and are ready to be dispatched within 72 hours.

But if you have ordered any made to order products they will meet the turnaround stated on the website banner and 'Delivery' page. This will be updated accordingly.

Unfortunately not, due to extremely high demand this is not possible at present. We will only be making any designs that are uploaded onto the website. If you have any ideas you are more than welcome to suggest them and if we think it's a good idea they can be added to the list for upcoming designs in the future, however it's not something that can be designed and then worked on straight away to meet the current turnaround.

Standard Shipping up to 100g (Royal Mail 2nd Class - Estimated 3-5 working days) - £1.50

Standard Shipping 100g + (Royal Mail 2nd Class - Estimated 3-5 working days) - £3.10

Royal Mail First Class up to 100g (Estimated next working day) - £1.75

Royal Mail First Class 100g + (Estimated next working day) - £3.75

Ireland - 

Standard International Shipping up to 100g (Estimated 3-5 working days) - £4.00

Standard International Shipping 100g + (Estimated 3-5 working days) - £7.00

Orders will still be subject to estimated turnaround. Shipping is just how long it will take to be delivered after the order is complete and dispatched.

**Please take into account that during the current Covid-19 pandemic Royal Mail have had some slight delays - it depends on your local depot (some areas taking longer than others). Unfortunately we cannot start an investigation with Royal Mail until 14 days have passed, so please wait 14 days after you receive your dispatch email before chasing.**

Our current turnaround is estimated at 3 weeks for ALL new standard orders. This time is estimated and will be kept to a minimum as best as possible, if it is likely to increase due to high volume the time will be updated accordingly on the website banner.

Ready to post items will be posted within 72 hours. Please order any pre-made items separately, if any made to order items are added the whole order will meet the standard turnaround.

Regardless of whether any of your products have personalisation or not they are still 'made to order' as each product is completely hand made and very time consuming. Personalisation is done at no extra cost, however the option is given in case more than one child is using them for example (not to speed up the process).

If your order is made up of pre-made ready to post items along with made to order items the whole order will be subject to the current turnaround. It is not possible for us to fulfil half of an order via the website (To prevent this you are best making 2 separate orders)

•  ALL Orders placed as of 07/04/21 at 10am were subject to 4-5 week turnaround
